Sam strives to build projects that feel good to live, work and play in. After 20 years’ experience in the building industry, and enjoying a solid, dependable team - he is well placed to do just that.
Joel Molinari - Carpenter
Joel has been with the Pacific Built team for 8 years, and is renowned for his happy, can-do attitude.
Philipp Grentz - Carpenter
A trained cabinet maker from Germany, now with more than 15 years’ experience as a carpenter in Australia.
Troy Diamond - Carpenter
Armed with both Bachelor's degree in Science & Management, as well as trade qualifications in carpentry, Troy has a wealth of experience in complex commercial and high-rise residential projects.
Joel Kemp - Carpenter
Born and raised in Byron Bay, Joel moved to Melbourne to study furniture making at RMIT. He has a passion for architectural joinery coupled with carpentry, contemporary design and extensive experience in bespoke fine furniture.
Dexter McKenzie - Apprentice
Born and bred in the Northern Rivers, Dexter recently completed his schooling at Mullumbimby High School before launching into his carpentry career with Pacific Built.
Lauren Hall - Office
After obtaining Honors degrees in Social Work and Government Administration, Lauren spent two decades working in frontline service delivery, senior management and project roles for NSW public service before joining the Pacific Built team.
