Joel Molinari - Carpenter
Joel has been with the Pacific Built team for 8 years, and is renowned for his happy, can-do attitude.
Completing his trade in Sydney’s Northern Beaches in the early 1990s, but working as a carpenter in the Northern Rivers ever since - Joel has a lifetime of experience in residential construction.
He loves beautiful roof lines, working with quality timber and seeing a project through from beginning to end, especially when he has the opportunity to try new and innovative ways of working. His favourite moment is stepping back and seeing how much can be accomplished in a day, when a team is working in synchronicity.
Our young apprentices are generally placed under Joel’s watchful eye - as he shows them the ropes and helps ensure they receive careful instruction every step of the way.
