The Byron Bathhouse

Pacific Built undertook a comprehensive renovation of two villas, executed in two distinct stages.

As each phase of construction progressed, honesty and transparency in communication with stakeholders ensured that all expectations were met and exceeded. The wellness centre now stands as a proud testament to the Health Lodge’s commitment to quality healthcare.

The swimming pool and associated amenities were designed to be entirely chlorine-free, fostering an environment that promotes health. The comprehensive facilities included Clearlight saunas, Helsi ice plunge pools, advanced infrared panels, and conveniently accessible bathrooms and changing facilities designed for disability access.

The use of blackbutt timber in the custom pool seat not only adds aesthetic appeal but also ensures durability. The Rockcote rendered curved walls create a soft, inviting atmosphere, while the incorporation of native plantings enhances the connection to the local environment.

Additionally Knotwood Aluminum battens were selected for their resilience, promising longevity and minimal maintenance.
