Pacific Built undertook a comprehensive renovation of two villas, executed in two distinct stages.
Stage One, completed in 2017, focused on transforming foundational elements, while Stage Two, finished in 2020, enhanced the properties further. The renovations included a new indoor/outdoor room, custom kitchen and bathrooms, updated internal fixtures and fittings throughout, and the addition of a new fully tiled pool and landscaped surroundings. The result is a modern, timeless design, perfectly blending with its palm-lined exterior.
